since in a big city there are always more opportunities. People from all over the country come to the city with the hope to get a job or start some business the chances in the metropolis are better than elsewhere especially after the current developments which brought a steep increase in tourist arrivals means some more jobs coming for women who work in the hospitality business, also most hotel staff is female.

e.g. one of the biggest international hotel is recruiting local staff to be employed in their other premises in other countries. Lots of women apply there every day. There is a big brain drain going on because those are all better educated girls and women who speak good English and have some skills otherwise the hotel wont take them.

On the other side there are several sailor recruiting companies.
