Have some "cash to burn"? Do it here it's a great visual spectacle and definitely worth it, it's not cheap at all but knowing what kind of tricks the bureaucrats have in mind to pull money from imports and companies who operate with this imports it's is not amazing.
The administrative crowd always invent new stuff to let "foreigners bleed" that's the same in Thailand. Anyway you wont come here every year so this is a travel idea with a great experience.
