Fast food is quick and cheap, on the other side what to expect from this?
There is some trade off because you can't have cheap quality stuff thats a contradiction. As long as this are some clean meat skewer it could be eatable but with seafood laying around the whole day in the sizzling tropical heat there will be something wrong. It's a puzzle why they dont use any ice to keep the fishes and other fresh and cool as it's done in any other country, where is the city administration which tells the vendors what to do? There are myriads of this small stalls everywhere in the city most under very dirty conditions it somehow reminds to slums in India and the Philippines.
